Speak For Nashik's initiative to tackle issues affecting City
Golden Horizon School Nashik has been implementing various initiatives as part of its social responsibility, along with working in the field of education. After successfully completing the "Speak for Nashik" Project 1, Golden Horizon School has undertaken the "Speak for Nashik" Project 2. Under this initiative, a campaign has been undertaken to create awareness about the traffic problems facing Nashik city. Under this initiative, the main objective of this initiative is to conduct workshops for citizens to create awareness about traffic, increase citizen participation in reducing the traffic problem, and make citizens aware of their responsibility, as well as find errors in traffic management and suggest solutions for them.
The initiative was inaugurated by Mr. C. N. Khandvi, Deputy Commissioner of traffic Police, Nashik, on this occasion, Mr. Dinkar Kadam, Senior Police Inspector and Mr. Sachin Jadhav, Nashik City Transport Department were present. Shri Khandvi Sir guided the public about the responsibilities of citizens while creating awareness regarding traffic, the participation of citizens and the fact that road traffic can be made very safe by following traffic rules.
